By using PayUtility you agree to the terms below. The short version: the tools are free to use, provided as-is, and fee results are estimates you should always verify with your provider.

1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PayUtility website and all tools and services available at payutility.site (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
PayUtility provides free, browser-based calculators that estimate payment processing fees, currency conversion markups and invoice amounts for third-party payment gateways including PayPal, Stripe, Wise and Payoneer, as well as a PDF invoice builder. All tools run locally in your browser.
3. No financial advice
The Service provides informational estimates only and does not constitute financial, legal, accounting or tax advice. Fees, exchange rates and gateway pricing change frequently. You are solely responsible for verifying any result with your payment provider before relying on it. We make no warranty that any calculation is complete, accurate or up to date.
4. No endorsement
References to PayPal, Stripe, Wise, Payoneer and other providers are for comparison purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement of, or affiliation with, any third-party product or service. All third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer any part of it, or by using it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics and software, is the property of PayUtility and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for your own business and personal purposes but may not copy, resell or redistribute it without permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayUtility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, or revise these Terms, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PayUtility is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
