Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how PayUtility (the "Website", "we", "us") handles information when you visit or use the site at payutility.site. We have designed the site so that, by default, nothing you calculate is ever sent to us.

Information we do not collect

All calculators — forward, reverse, FX spread and invoice builder — run locally in your browser using JavaScript. The amounts, currencies, country presets and fee results you enter never leave your device. We do not collect, store or transmit any financial data you input.

Anonymous analytics

We may use a privacy-friendly web analytics service (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate usage of the site — for example, which pages are visited and general geographic region. This information is anonymized where possible and is used solely to improve the Website. You can opt out of Google Analytics cookies using the browser settings or a standard opt-out extension.

Exchange-rate data

To show live mid-market rates, your browser makes a single direct request to a public exchange-rate API. The only data sent is the currency pair being queried; no personal information is transmitted.

Cookies

PayUtility itself sets no functional cookies and does not require you to sign up or log in. Third-party services we may use (analytics, fonts, advertising) may set their own cookies in accordance with their own privacy policies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser at any time.

Advertising

The Website may display advertising to keep the tools free. Advertising partners may use cookies to serve relevant ads. We never pass your calculator inputs or any personal data to advertisers.

Third-party links

The Website links to external services such as PayPal, Stripe, Wise and Payoneer. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Children's privacy

The Website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Data security

Because we store no user accounts and no financial data on any server, there is no personal data at rest to secure. All pages are served over HTTPS.
